Returns
At Misbehave, we create more than just chocolate; each box is a carefully designed experience featuring high-quality ingredients and functional supplements. Due to the nature of our products as perishable food items, and to maintain our strict hygiene and safety standards, returns are only accepted for unopened and undamaged products in their original designer packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return for an unopened item, please contact our support. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide their own trackable shipping label.
Our Quality Guarantee
Misbehave is a premium product, and we take great pride in ensuring that our chocolate reaches you in perfect condition. We use high-quality packaging to maintain the integrity and excellence of our chocolate during transit, from our hands to yours.
If you believe your order does not meet our high standards upon arrival, please contact us via our website’s contact form within 48 hours of delivery. To help us maintain our rigorous quality control, please include a description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging. Each case is reviewed individually by our team to ensure the best possible resolution for our customers.
Melting Protection
We offer Melting Protection as an optional add-on at checkout for all orders. Customers who select this option are eligible for a replacement if the product arrives melted or compromised due to heat during transit. If Melting Protection is not added, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product upon arrival and cannot offer refunds for heat-related damage.
